In 2007, after nearly a decade living in Europe and Asia, I returned to San Diego from London with a passion for real estate. What started as “Angie’s Bungalows”—a personal project renovating historic Victorian homes in the UK—became the foundation for my career. By the time I earned my California real estate license in 2013, I was already deeply rooted in design, architecture, and the belief that a home can truly transform lives.

I grew up in Orange County and graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in Sociology and minors in Music and Law. Later, I earned a Master’s in City Planning from Cardiff University in Wales and worked internationally as a Sustainable Transport Planner. That experience gave me a global perspective and an appreciation for diverse cultures, communities, and the way the built environment shapes everyday life.

Since then, I’ve helped more than 120 families buy and sell homes in San Diego, totaling over $94.6 million in sales volume. I’ve been recognized as a consistent top producer — ranking in the top 3% of agents in 2022, top 5% in 2023, and back in the top 3% in 2024. My business has always been built on relationships, repeat clients, and referrals, a reflection of the trust people place in me to guide them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

People often describe me as approachable, kind, and someone with a “happy resting face.” When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me lifting weights, taking hip-hop cardio classes, hosting dinner parties, or exploring new restaurants.

I’m also honored to serve as the 2025 President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) San Diego Chapter. Through this role, I advocate for homeownership in the AANHPI community, promote diversity and inclusion in the industry, and help empower the next generation of real estate leaders.
